At Kaloneo Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations for physical products, digital products, and subscription services. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Physical products: Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return.
  • Digital products: Due to instant access upon purchase, digital products are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • Subscription services: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle.

How to cancel an order:
Email hello@kaloneobeauty.com immediately with your order number and cancellation request.


1.2 Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscription orders automatically renew each month unless canceled at least 5 days before the renewal date.
  • Customers can cancel subscriptions by:
    • Logging into their Kaloneo Beauty account and managing their subscription.
    • Emailing hello@kaloneobeauty.com with the subject line: Subscription Cancellation Request.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

2. Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for cancellation unless proven defective upon arrival.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected with a revised effective date at the top of this page. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
