Welcome to Kaloneo Beauty’s subscription service! By enrolling in one of our subscription plans, you agree to the terms below, which govern recurring billing, delivery schedules, cancellations, and refunds for both physical skincare products and digital products (e.g., e-books, courses).

This policy is designed to work alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all available on our website.

1. How Our Subscription Works

Kaloneo Beauty offers recurring delivery of your chosen skincare products and/or access to digital content at a frequency selected by you (typically monthly).
When you subscribe, you agree to an auto-renewing subscription that continues until canceled, with automatic billing before each delivery.

What’s Included:

  • Physical Products: Skincare products delivered to your door.
  • Digital Products: Access to digital content (e.g., e-books, skincare guides, mini-courses), provided via electronic delivery.

The subscription plan details, including product selections, delivery frequency, pricing, and billing cycle, will be shown at checkout and in your account dashboard.

2. Billing and Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions auto-renew based on the frequency you selected (e.g., every month).
  • Billing may occur 5 days before your scheduled renewal date to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Charges will be made automatically to the payment method you provided at checkout (via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or Afterpay).
  • By subscribing, you authorize Kaloneo Beauty to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees, including applicable taxes and shipping fees (for physical products).

If your payment method fails, we will attempt to notify you. Access to digital products or delivery of physical items may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

3. Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions

You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime through your Kaloneo Beauty account dashboard or by contacting hello@kaloneobeauty.com.

  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date.
  • Any cancellation request made after this period will apply to the following billing cycle, and you will still be charged for the upcoming order.
  • Subscription modifications (e.g., changing products, frequency, or shipping address) must also be made at least 5 days before your next billing.

4. Refunds and Returns for Subscriptions

  • Physical Products: Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed and shipped, unless items are damaged or defective.
  • Digital Products: Once delivered or accessed, digital products are strictly non-refundable due to their nature.

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused subscription periods or partial cancellations.

5. Shipping for Subscription Products

  • Domestic Orders (Australia): Free standard shipping applies on orders over AUD $150. Orders below this threshold incur shipping fees, displayed at checkout.
  • International Orders: Shipping costs vary and are displayed at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are your responsibility.

6. Changes to Subscription Terms

Kaloneo Beauty reserves the right to update subscription terms (including pricing, delivery frequency, or product availability) at any time.

  • We will notify subscribers of any significant changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
  • Continued use of your subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
