When choosing PayPal at checkout:

• You may pay via your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or linked credit/debit cards.
• For payments using PayPal’s installment option, you agree to PayPal’s credit checks and specific terms as detailed in PayPal’s terms and conditions.
• Kaloneo Beauty will not be responsible for PayPal’s decision regarding eligibility for installment payments or credit checks.

5. Payment via Afterpay

Afterpay allows eligible customers to split payments into four interest-free installments:

• If you select Afterpay at checkout, you will be redirected to Afterpay to set up or log in to your Afterpay account.
• Payments are deducted from your nominated debit or credit card every fortnight.
• You may view your Afterpay payment schedule or make payments in advance by logging into your Afterpay account.

Refunds and returns using Afterpay:
Products purchased via Afterpay may qualify for returns or refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds processed via Afterpay are subject to Afterpay’s terms and conditions, clearly available at: www.afterpay.com.

6. Payment via Stripe

Payments through Stripe offer secure credit and debit card processing directly within our checkout page powered by Shopify:

• Kaloneo Beauty does not store or access your card information during this process.

7. Pricing and Currency

• All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• International customers may see converted prices at checkout, depending on their selected payment method.
• Prices displayed at the time of your order confirmation will be honored, notwithstanding subsequent price fluctuations.

8. Taxes and Duties

• All product prices for Australian customers include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• For international orders, prices exclude customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees, which are your responsibility.

10. Subscription and Recurring Payments

If you subscribe to any recurring order or subscription services:

• You authorize Kaloneo Beauty to charge your nominated payment method automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
• You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time, provided you notify us at least five (5) days before your next billing cycle.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

• If you dispute a legitimate transaction (such as initiating a chargeback without contacting us first), we reserve the right to provide compelling evidence to your financial institution to refute invalid chargebacks.
• Frequent or fraudulent chargebacks or disputes without merit may lead to cancellation of your account, future order restrictions, or legal action.

• We use industry-standard encryption (SSL technology) and secure servers provided by Shopify to protect payment transactions.
• Although we maintain robust safeguards, no payment method or data transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized transactions or concerns related to payments.
