This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders, including domestic and international shipping, delivery timelines, tracking, and customs responsibilities. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • High-demand periods may result in slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
  • We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Australian public holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • All domestic orders are shipped via reputable Australian courier or postal services.
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over AUD $99.
  • Orders below AUD $99 incur a standard shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
  • Express Shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Estimated Delivery Time (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas).
  • Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.


3. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, subject to local regulations and restrictions.

International Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times vary based on destination and selected carrier.
  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • Delivery times range from 7–21 business days, depending on location.
  • Express international shipping is available at an additional cost.

Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched. Some international destinations may have limited tracking availability.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by local authorities.
  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing your order.
  • Kaloneo Beauty is not responsible for:
    • Delays due to customs processing.
    • Additional customs fees or charges.
    • Packages held, returned, or destroyed by customs due to unpaid duties.

If customs fees remain unpaid and your order is returned or seized, we will not issue refunds for shipping fees or products.


5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates are dependent on the carrier and international orders may have limited tracking availability.
  • If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, check with your local postal service or building management before contacting us.

6. Risk of Loss and Title

  • Risk of loss, damage, or theft of products transfers to you upon delivery by our designated carrier.
  • Kaloneo Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered.
  • If your package is missing, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping fees for redelivery.
  • We do not issue refunds for orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address.

8. Change of Address Requests

  • Address changes are not possible once the order is shipped.
  • If you need to update your address, email hello@kaloneobeauty.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

9. Refused Deliveries or Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your package, it may be returned to us.
  • Redelivery charges will apply for reshipping returned orders.
  • We do not refund shipping costs for refused or undelivered orders.

10. Damaged or Missing Items Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kaloneobeauty.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.


11. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

  • Kaloneo Beauty is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
    • Adverse weather conditions.
    • Customs clearance delays.
    • Natural disasters or pandemics.
    • Shipping carrier disruptions.

We will do our best to assist, but once a package is in transit, we have no control over carrier delays.


12. Unclaimed or Returned Orders

  • If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or customs non-payment, the customer is responsible for:
    • Re-shipping costs to resend the package.
    • If the package is not re-shipped, a store credit (minus shipping fees) will be issued.
    • Refunds will not be provided for shipping costs or abandoned orders.

13. Shipping Policy for Subscription Orders

  • Subscription orders ship automatically based on the selected frequency (e.g., monthly).
  • Customers are responsible for updating shipping details at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.
  • If a subscription order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

14. International Restrictions

Certain countries may have restrictions on importing skincare products.

  • Kaloneo Beauty is not responsible for orders refused by local customs.
  • Before ordering, check your country’s regulations regarding cosmetic imports.
