Return and Refund Policy

At Kaloneo Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our terms for returns and refunds for physical products, digital products, and subscription services. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

The product is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery.
The product is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

Returns NOT accepted for:

Opened, used, or damaged products (unless faulty upon receipt).
Digital products (e-books, courses, guides, or downloadable content).
Subscription orders after they have been processed and shipped.
Change-of-mind returns.

1.2 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email hello@kaloneobeauty.com with:
Your order number.
Reason for the return.
Clear photos of the product and packaging (for defective or incorrect products).

Return shipping costs:

If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason, you are responsible for shipping fees.
For returns over AUD $100, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only when:

A returned product meets our return eligibility criteria.
A product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
A refund is required by applicable laws.

Non-refundable items:

Digital products (instant access content such as e-books, courses, or guides).
Subscription fees (unless canceled within the required timeframe).
Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes.

2.2 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund amounts exclude shipping costs, unless the return was due to an error on our part.
Currency exchange rate differences: Refunds are processed in the same currency used for payment. We are not responsible for currency conversion fluctuations.

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please:

Check your bank statement.
Contact your payment provider.
If the issue persists, email hello@kaloneobeauty.com.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items)

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kaloneobeauty.com with:

Your order number.
Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Details of the issue (wrong item, missing item, etc.).

We will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first at hello@kaloneobeauty.com. Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

Your account being flagged or restricted for future transactions.
Legal action if fraud or misuse is detected.

6. Store Credit Policy

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may issue store credit to be used towards future purchases. Store credit:

Never expires.
Can be used for any product on our website.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless proven defective upon arrival.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected with a revised effective date at the top of this page. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
